I almost wish I didn't stay working at Hamato's over the summer. I've been walking to save gas, but after all of the talk from the customers, I've been realizing that using the bike would probably both calm me down and make sure that I'm not the next name in the paper. I should probably look around to see if I can get a job that's a little closer.

Yay, finals are over and done with! I'm going to finish packing in a few minutes, drive home to pick up some other stuff, and over the weekend I'll start moving in with Sango!
I'm so excited! This is my first time living in an apartment away from the family. Souta's been busy with his girlfriend and everything, and Mama thinks it's a good idea for me to get a feel for living on my own, so this should hopefully work out well!

School's almost out! I start working full-time on the play tomorrow, then next Friday is opening night, and then it's only a couple of weeks until it's all over! I'm going to be a junior! Wow, that's so fast!
I want to stay local, though. I don't live more than an hour away, but it sucks being away from all of my friends! ...you guys aren't all going back home, are you? I know lots of you are from out-of-state or even from Japan, so it might be hard to stick around... But maybe there's an apartment a bunch of us can rent for the summer!
Orihime, I might be busy for the next few days with theatre, but once the play starts, my call time is later. So I can definitely help you cook for your dinner party, even if I can't stick around to enjoy the food! Just keep me posted!

Oh, and I also heard something about a local theatre company that's starting up? I think? I don't know, but I think I overheard someone in the department mention something like that. Has anyone else heard about it? If it's true, do you think it'll be ready by the summer? That would definitely be better than getting a summer job at McDonald's or something!
And wow, I can't believe the stuff I've been hearing about the accident at the ShinRa building! I'm sure most of it is exaggerated stuff, but... well, I'm praying and hoping that things get worked out. I heard something about a friend of mine, and rumor or no, I don't like hearing that sort of stuff about my friends!

I was off yesterday and am off tonight, so maybe I'll actually enjoy myself! I got caught up on homework last night, so tonight's totally for me! Then I go back to the show tomorrow through Saturday, and then have to worry about Cabaret. I really wish that my scholarship didn't depend on me being involved with every single show, but ah well.

Halloween was fun! It was a great party, and I got to talk to lots of interesting people. I saw Miroku from across the room, but it looked like he was trying to get himself a date (as usual), so I didn't want to interrupt. (Mostly because he'd be likely to try and ask me for a date, and, um... no thanks. ^_^')
Hey, hey, anyone here friends with a girl named Rangiku? I met her at the library a few days ago, but I haven't been able to find her since then. She gave me some information about rushing for a sorority, and I had a couple of questions for her. I know she was hanging out with a boy named Uryuu and a tall guy named Sado. If anybody sees her, let her know that Kagome's looking for her!
